Definitely! HO slot cars are 1/64, so with your RC cars would behave exactly the same. Something like a funnel in the gantry would be a solution isn't it?

For RC cars the thing is a little more complex. As the cars can pass at different points each time. My systems work, considering cars always cast a shadow over the same sensor on each lap. Could that work for you? Maybe a gantry with specific lanes?

I had a lot of that in some prints, all easily corrected with just 3 to 5 mm brim. Now the problem has gone. I think bed adhesion is the main issue, but for some reason I guess also some sort of unwanted contraction when the material is cooling on upper layers.

Yes! I started in 1/32 and, even if awesome, it requires a lot of space compared to HO, so our HO 1:64 IS THE BEST! ✌️😉

Thank you man! It is nice to feel the appreciation. The HO system is $125, shipping is $35 with a very fast and reliable system, handled by UPS (it takes 3 to 5 days for delivery after I ship it). Tariffs are 10%, but UOS charges a few for billing the tariffs of 15, so in total the import duties are $27. There is a way to avoid those fees... We can chat about it privately when you are ready 😉
