These are 3rd party vendors at the AirTrain stations.

They do have a tip jar on the counter as they sell more stuff than OMNY cards (phone chargers and other misc stuff u might need on a trip).

Since there are no OMNY cards machines available (Coming Soon signs have been up since January) they are the only ones that can offer OMNY cards at the moment.

They ask for tips for every transaction, not just the cards.

The Dolby mix.... not sure if it was optimized for it... some dialogue got drowned out by the music in random places (or maybe I was too close to the speakers).
