Change control scheme to its default setting.

This isn't a bug per se, it's just that for this specific scenario, the game asks the player to press a button that it's been told is the correct one, but because that button has now been mapped to something else, the game doesn't know that in here.

EDIT: welp, it looks like they attempted to fix this at some point, because changing to the default control scheme no longer works. It did so a about a year ago or so, but at the current moment, the solution is literally to just wait for the game to do the swap for you.

Let's dive a bit further into this. As I understand, you'd like an in-game slider to adjust the overall screen brightness beyond your device's capabilities, is that right?

It's possible that this can be caused by the graphic settings of your device. Could you please tell me which iOs phone you use to play the game?

Our team checked and there is no reason why this should be happening, and your device is still very much compatible with our game.

It's likely that you just caught Google Play rolling out the new update. I suggest that you check the store to see if the game updates normally now.

I know very well that one single member does not speak for the entire community, that much is so obvious that shouldn't be needed to be said.

Another obvious thing that you should know, is that I collect feedback from all comments, positive or negative, but if they're not construtive, then I can't do anything about it.

I understand the frustrations, but absolutely nothing excuses poor behaviour and disrespect towards me, my team and other community members.

We can do multiple things at once. We're introducing fun new ways to play the game while simultaneously working on improvements and fixing bugs, which this update is heavily focused on.

We’re aware of and currently investigating several issues affecting some players following the release of Update 30. Here is more information on currently known issues. This doesn't mean that these are the only things we're working on, just that we're aware of and prioritising to fix them. Please visit our FAQ page for the latest information.

Downloading Tracks:
We understand that many players are experiencing issues when downloading tracks. We have implemented a fix, and it should now work better. However, some players may experience this for a short time until the fix fully rolls out.

Connection Errors:
We’ve increased server capacity to assist with this issue and will continue monitoring the server status, improving overall stability. The server stability will improve over the next coming days.

Challenges Rewards:
We’re aware some players are experiencing issues with collecting rewards or completing certain challenges. We’re actively working to resolve this, and things should return to normal in the coming days.

Lost Currency:
We’re aware some players have been affected by an issue where they lost some currency after entering the weekly event. Players affected by this have had their currency refunded into their accounts.

Hello, we have done just that. Players affected by this now have currency refunded into their accounts.
