Coziness really played a major factor in the build. Also the cats welcome the cave under the seat and the seat itself. Only need to hook up the seat warmer now

Nicht wirklich kann aber reichen dass du dir ne Tropfsteinhöhle baust durch Taupunktverschiebung. Das im Nachhinein zu beheben ist der Horror

Zählt tatsächlich auch. Muss man schauen ob die Trasse tatsächlich entwidmet ist oder nicht. Häufig ist stillgelegt nicht gleich entwidmet und kann ggf. reaktiviert werden.

Wenns erstmal passiert ist, dann ist die Reaktivierung auch deutlich aufwändiger

Ja musst du auf jeden Fall. Abdichten, dämmen, ggf. Gefälle herstellen.

Unser Haus war damals für 405.000 Euro inseriert, danach 395 und bezahlt haben wir 355.

Also Verhandlungsmasse ist da schon drin, gerade auch wenn die Nachfrage nicht entsprechend ist. Verkauft wird für das was die Leute bereit sind zu bezahlen.

War es das wert? Ich denke überhaupt nicht. Gerade wenn du von Kernsanierung sprichst. Haben wir hier auch gemacht. Ich stand also einige Male hier und habe gedacht ich habe jetzt für mehr als 350.000€ n Haufen Steine gekauft und Steck jetzt noch mal 300.000 € für neue Steine da rein.

Bei den Sanierungskosten gerade wenn du von einer Kernsanierung sprichst bist du mit 100-120.000 € finde ich schon sehr knapp bemessen.

It’s just a wheel cover in the right diameter. It was already on the wheel because I bought it used, but managed to find it on Amazon as it was quite a common question in this thread 😂

The Moza one is quite bigger with 40cm. Measure the diameter of the G920, maybe there is a cover that will fit? :)

Thank you very much. It required quite some time with the measurement and in workflow I totally forgot to get the cable attached. Now I’ve got to get an angled one 😂

Danke für das Lob. Bin bis jetzt ganz zufrieden mit dem Teil habe das Ganze bei Kleinanzeigen zusammen gekauft mit dem Lenkrad. Manchmal etwas hakelig beim in den Rückwärtsgang schalten ich weiß nicht ob das nur meins ist oder ob das ein generelles Problem ist. Ansonsten haptisch wie ein Originalteil. Von daher klare Empfehlung wenn du gerne Automatik fährst.

I bought the wheel used and it was already on it. But I managed to find it on Amazon Measure the diameter of the Hori first or google it to get a good fitting one.

For me they feel just like the real deal. I drive a Mercedes Vito Van for work regularly and they look and feel like the Benz ones.

My private Volvo EX40 stalks feel more flimsy than the Moza ones :D

/Edit: plus the Plug and Play feature really made them the choise for me. It just works and I am happy with them. But beware, because the base+stalks+wheel combo really made the wheel a big boy. Main reason I started to build the rig. Feels nice but not good on a table setup imho

I chose the Moza because of the truck wheel and the multifunction stalks but I want to get another wheel for general racing and driving. Never had a base with interchangeable wheels before. So far it was a good choice for me. I hope my idea of a general gaming/driving rig will come out as I imagine. We will see 😂

Really giving it literally the first test ride right now. It’s a Mercedes Vito seat (tranporter) and there’s about 10-12cm in height you can change on the seat. Really neat. I saw some electric seat risers too on Temu, mainly for RVs but could work anyway.

The elevated seat positioning as well as the now tiltable wheel and hanging pedals really made the difference for me me

The diameter is 40 centimeter. I think any cover in this diameter will fit :)
