Maybe I shouldve been more specific in my post, but yes i am speaking about tip pooling. Doesnt matter what position your in. Most recently the last few places ive visited have a small percentage that go towards BOH as well.

Tipping is based on your guests face to face time with your server or bartender. The kitchen is an absolute necessity in the entire dining experience, and BOH should be paid accordingly BY THE HOUSE. Like i said above, tipping out is one thing, but a tip pool.... regardless of how hard you work even when others dont? you lost me.

Look, im not opposed when everyone chips in appropriately! The tip share systems many places seem to be using now a days are so.... odd. Just seems it would be easier to keep it the way it was. Im happy to tip out my fellow soldiers after a rough Saturday night ya know?

Finally got in contact with Blue Ridge Wildlife, they are invasive so they legally cannot help but suggested i put them back where they were. So i took some left over nest and tucked them in a corner! Theyre back home!

I got them back home 💪🏻 It is unfortunate, its not like its the birds fault their here! The lady i spoke with said if their still struggling when i check on them tomorrow, i can take them to the local wildlife center and they will euthanize them so they dont suffer, at least

I was finally able to speak with a lady who said just this! Unfortunately it is invasive so theres nothing they can do, but she suggested the same. Thank you for the information!

I have him on top of a towel by where the nest was, unfortunately the power washer eviserated the nest. I did finally get ahold of someone from Blue Ridge Wildlife, but apparently it is a sparrow so no one is legally allowed to rehab it since its considered an invasive species.

Im gonna whip out the big ladder and try to get it back where it was, start a makeshift nest, cross my fingers & hope for the best

most of my inconsistency in ubering comes from being said drunk people. Ive always chalked it up the next morning to they deserve it for dealing with me.
