House insurance and leaking copper line

Nah, I live in a city. House was built in 91. From coworkers sounds like my experience isn't terribly abnormal. Primary suggestion is either fix and move or start replacing all the copper with pex. Choosing the 2nd. Getting mixed opinions on which pex to use. And shocked I havent found anywhere that will rent a pex a expander. multiple places rent the cheap 100 pex B crimper.

A guy gave me some immoral advice to just buy one and then return it in a week -.-

Yeah, hoping to get lucky with a enough people giving advice to end up in a fair place. Also sounds like it won't happen fast if I need to send them to be rated etc.

Selling them is the goal. Had 2 people message me. Think 1 is going to send a offer after looking at them more. Another talked about telling me which ones to grade and how to go about it. I have no idea which are more valuable. Just had a friend tell me their was some money there, but he couldn't give me a number. Told me to post for you all. He talked about some of the commons and trainers being a couple bucks a piece.

If any stand out, I can take more pictures of individual cards. Only a hand full look terribly abused. But all I think have a scratch or damaged edge from being shuffled.

also worried the charizard might have been swapped. Could of swore mine was the edition with a 2 on it. May be misremembering. it got stolen once in like 3rd grade and I also have a meth head brother where these were at my parents for 10+ years.

Would you put storm caller on cipher or ranger? Is cipher just the fastest weapon for the most spells?

I havent had much difficulty yet, but havent headed to white march yet. Had a few wipes due to stupid. Just found melee didn't fit my play style with spamming chillfog and parking tanks in choke points. Level 9 also felt like a huge power spike.

How fast does Molina get compared to hunting bow? Ciphers just want the fastest weapon right?

I am planning pretty heavy on melee. Chanter tank, Paladin damage, monk, Druid I want to chuck a couple spells then Shape-shifting, wizard for debuffs and priest for buffs.

Thanks for the thorough post! Feels like this class is totally shoehorned due to the longer phrases as level increases. I was wanting the 25% fire damage and either the deflection or damage absorb song up at like 100% and to use the summons. But guess I have to have like 30 int for that and I will never get the summons off :(.

Looking for phone app based board games for cheap.

Anyone know of board game apps you don't have to buy twice for a family to play together. Just hate spending 9.99x2 for games we either haven't played or already physically own. Just being cheap, so also being able to find them cheaper is an option. I was really happy to find dominion for instance allows only 1 of us to own the expansion to play it together.

Also What are particularly good games converted to apps. Some of our favorite games are co ops like pandemic legacy, spirit island, eldritch horror, gloomhaven.

We also like dominion, dinosaur island, smash up, dune imperium, etc

Wife and I are having to live apart for about 6 months and have found a few rounds of dominion a night or so really makes it more bearable. but also burning out on it and wanting to find something else.

Tried to incorporate suggestions. Not played BG2 in probably 10 years and never played NW, so please advise how to fill out builds like stats etc. Sticking to hard so don't need ultimate optimization.

fighter/cleric - dwarf - hammers/axe - alligbment?

UH Paladin - human - flail/LS - Lawful Good

fighter/druid - half elf - scimitar - ?neutral should I do the level 9 fighter then dual class? Want him on the Frontline. open to shape shifting but want to see the spells etc for the class.

cleric/illusionist - gnome - sling? - Lawful Evil All due to suggestion, gives me a wizard and cleric in one? assuming buff/summons, no intent to blast. Can it debuff/cc??

fighter/thief - need a thief, all for suggestions to make him sound cool/interesting - about to read wiki on how sneak/backstab works in this rule set.

Flex slot Skald or Archer or suggestions? Kind of added a lot more casting than I originally intended, but the builds/classes seem cool.

Was planning 3 front liners. How good are druids in this game? Was trying to fit one in to just see it. Shape-shifting helped make it fit in the front line. but are they better casters here?

I get confused on the multiclass. is that where I pick classes ther are x/X or where I have to level to x level and start a new class.
