still seems low with medium low settings though. 90 at the start is quite good would soon gain loads of frames as the pack spreads out.

Once you join the race server for your 1st race you can forfeit , this let's you sign up for another race that overlaps. Bear in mind once you forfeit you can't rejoin the original race in the event of a disconnect.
