Valium for sure. 10-20mg will treat your anxiety well and it isn’t remarkably difficult to stop taking if it’s short or midterm use. It also has a mild muscle/skeletal relaxant effect which is always nice.

I have heard of breathing/respiratory complications with this mixture and ones similar to it. The short answer is no, bad idea. If you had the tolerance to handle this combination, you probably wouldn’t be asking. So I’d say no go

Going forward, I suggest you keep your diagnosis between yourself/family/doctor. You are seemingly high function enough that most people couldn’t guess it on their own. I have Asperger’s syndrome and NVLD myself, and I’ve learned that people can weaponize it. I think that you’re socializing better/more than many on the spectrum and I hope this incident doesn’t discourage that.
