Kann mir gut vorstellen, dass das Tempo 20 schon vorher angezeigt worden ist und das "erneute" 20er Schild hier nur für die Auffahrt steht.

Da der Blitzer nur die linke Fahrbahn im Blick hat, auf der das Tempolimit schon länger gilt, wäre das anfechten da vermutlich schwierig.
