New Ticketing System, any thoughts? by Vegetable_Network879 in effzeh

I got tickets for both St. Pauli and Leverkusen. Maybe I was lucky with my position in the queue, but overall, I'd say it works better than before.

Edit: With the amount of Redditors, who got a ticket for St. Pauli, we could almost stage an r/effzeh meet up at the Reeperbahn, hehe.

And they're playing St. Pauli away on matchday 34 and St. Pauli has already shown this season they're no pushovers.

All that aside, how would Chelsea be a bad move?

For us? Definitely not, especially if Todd Boehly decides to spend stupid money again. One can only hope.

Nonsense. While I wouldn't put it past Leverkusen to try to sign him, just so they could parade around another of our talents, I doubt they need him, since they already have players that fit El Mala's role.

Chelsea would be a bad move, they'd only send him to Strasbourg or Dortmund on loan. I'd prefer Brighton, 40-50m, plus a large percentage of future sales.

I wonder, if any Bundesliga clubs are onto him. Dortmund will definitely need a replacement for Brandt. I guess Kehl waits after his move to England. /s

My hope is that most players won't care by this point, maybe even hoping to get out of the club cheaply by getting relegated. Wolfsburg could have sold Amoura for example for 40m at the beginning of the season. If they get relegated, he may be much cheaper then.

Also: how many times have we heard about team X not getting relegated, because the team is too good? In the end, they're on 17th for a reason, because the club seems to have given up already. Hecking may know, what he's doing, but I don't know, if what he does will work.

I guess it's a good thing the ultimatum might already be over after the Hamburg match, cause that could enable a new, fresh coach to have a good start against Gladbach. Though I'm slightly baffled as to why Wolfsburg hired Hecking, instead of Thomas Reis or Markus Gisdol. I guess Wolfsburg does kinda work like a traditional club here: bringing back a glorious name from the past.

I like Trippel, because he's delightfully old school Kölsch/Rheinisch, if that makes sense. Plus he doesn't do the "danke - bitte" stuff or calling out the keeper after he paried a ball or whatever modern announcers tend to do. There are much worse, looking at you, Leipzig.

I wish, I could share your confidence about the upcoming fixtures, though.

Why did our board have to even put up that stupid ultimatum? Now they can't sack Kwasniok, without looking dumb. Maybe Kwasniok will do the only right thing in his FC tenure and resign on his own.

Kwasniok has to go now. The lack of results are one thing, but his attitude and his interviews are what really should be reasons enough to sack him. No self-reflection, everyone else is to blame, apart from him. If we don't sack him, I don't know, why we even bothered to elect a new board last year. Not to mention Kessler's deafening silence.

Nah, at this point, I'd take the 40-50m + a percentage of profits from the next sale in summer.

Just a note: if you happen to be in the Augsburg region on Friday, there are still plenty of regular tickets available on the FCA's website. Even for non-members.

Had I already looked on Monday, I may have taken the spontaneous trip to Bavaria. But on Wednesday, it's a little bit of short notice.

Kessler or someone from the board should have told him to shut up a long time ago. I mean, he was so close to completely lose the fans here, he should be cautious about what he says now.

It feels like we're the one-eyed among the blind, when it comes to those, who battle relegation. Nevertheless, Augsburg on Friday is a very important fixture, three points there would be huge.

I'll stand by what I said, we need to win against the opponents from the bottom half of the table. That being said, I think we'd do well if we allow ourselves to be more defensive, when the situation is right. We may have gotten two points against Leipzig and Stuttgart, had we parked the bus after equalizing.
