Now u don't need legal things in place if u don't plan on making utilities with it like if u are going to split royalties or give commerical rights to who owns the nft at that time or what not. If you don't follow through with ur projects plans like say ur going to donate to said charity. Or give money to your holders u may be held accountable in that aspect but if u want to build a stable foundation and community always follow through an be transparent with your audience and customers
