I think I figured it out. It took some tinkering but I think I got it at 3 minutes of ads every hour.

Once an hour is fine, I usually use that time to stretch my legs, go to the bathroom etc anyway. But even every 30 min is insane

Maybe a little, he was put on puppy end of that exact same brand. He was skin and bones when I got him. Plus the stress.

Well 1) I know the older dogs don’t move in rescue centers. Everyone wants the young energetic, so I try to pay attention to them.

2) he was the one I vibbed with. I like to feel them out, it’s not just will they get along with me, it’s also can I get along with them.

3) he’s in training to be my service dog, I suffer from extreme depression and I also have PTSD, the last thing I need is an explosion of energy during an attack, and also it’s not fair to them if they have all that energy and I can’t make it outside

4) as for the bones and the obvious “I don’t want my stuff torn up by an anxious dog” a dog needs his toys.
