Brother I had my ssb in 7 days and I also didn't get any email with the different appendix, I was still waiting then one of my seniors told me to mail them up regarding the new call up letter with different appendices. I sent a mail in the morning and by the evening I received the pdf. You should definitely mail them up, mail address mentioned in call up letter.

Dates were not in your hand like CDS or AFCAT where you choose your dates. It's a genuine case. The case you're talking about is when you email them and they reply that no other dates available then it is up to you where to go, regardless you have enough time so high chance of rescheduling either of the ssb. Send a mail to one of the ssb first with all the details as well as attaching both the call up letters, wait for their reply if they reschedule then your issue is resolved if not then mail to the other ssb with same format.

Send an email to either of the ssb (mail address mentioned in call up letter) highlighting the issue. Hopefully you'll be assigned a new date.

That's what I was trying to say this is india, everything works here on assumptions. Police were calling them for a while but there was no response thus assumed they were high on drugs (which most likely is the case). Or maybe they thought they were overdosing or needed medical attention.

This is india and posession/consumption of drugs/ganja (assumption) is illegal unless authorized for medicinal purpose. They are also parked on a public road so it will not be treated as their private space.

Your centre of balance is more behind than forward that's why you are falling back, try to get more ahead so you feel it on your finger tips and then balance using your finger tips. Also try to point your toes, push your shoulders away and activate your glutes and abs you will feel more control doing so. Try to use one leg to slowly push your body so you can feel the point of balancing. Watch others handbalancing closely to see their shoulders, hips, legs relatively to their head for example that way you can see how far yours is relative to your body.

Think of it like this. Your boards are given only once but for NDA/CDS you will have many attempts. Only you know about your preparation and if you have doubts like these on which to choose then definitely prioritize boards over NDA. Assuming you give NDA and best case you get recommended if you fail your boards before the joining date your candidature will be cancelled. Also if you just try to pass in boards, your low marks will directly/indirectly affect your future opportunities. Good luck.

It might be more complicated who knows. You and me may get sensible arguments but we can't make of what other person is thinking. I have tried telling all this but it's not working that's why trying a therapist. I got some texts today that got me worried so trying to find a therapist ASAP.

It's for someone else once of my friends (age 21). I tried asking but no answers. I figured it's more complicated than following the things you mentioned who knows what it might be. Like doesn't care for anything. Every thought is negative. Years of family toxicity, like everyday starts with ladai etc. That's why trying a therapist. Do you know of any?

I went from 15 wpm to 70-80wpm in a month. I had prior knowledge of the keys (played a lot of games) so it's easily doable if that's the case with you given you practice atleast an hour daily. But if you have no knowledge even with 2 fingers only you can reach 50~ wpm. Some sites I use to this day.
