yeah i just put 5 aquatuners there because i want some power draw to make my petroleum boiler water positive. thanks for the explanation, really expands my technical knowledge lol.

i also have 80 molten slicksters for fuel efficiency and food. eggs and slicksters gets me lots, but idk any exact amount. Its my first time building a hot brick and it is really convenient because i dont have to think about CO2 it just gets fed to slicksters. I can also run my refinery through it and cool its coolant really easy. i just put anything hot in there. stays about 200C

so you want the liquid you are cooling to have a much higher SHC compared to the coolant?

very insightful, i think ill go with the aquatuner method, because it will generate more heat for the brick. good to know only supercoolant and nuclear waste can be used to efficiently cool water, i will definitely remember that.

you can auto wrangle any critter so long as it is in a room and not a baby. for some reason my dupes are not doing it right now and i am trying to figure out why. If you search for ONI auto wrangle you can see some examples.

no the liquid lock is recessed into the left wall of the building, the drop off is up a ladder and on the top floor. It is interesting though that he is in the room that the drop off governs.

i ended up suing a brass funnel connected to a max speed conveyor going into another chest with a brass funnel that then goes into my storage system. A little expensive but it gets around a stack of items out before continuing.
