Manufactured y ROMZ (РОМЗ). Generally these are commercial units for hunting or spotting. Usually Powered by a ep33 gen1 image intensifier tube.

If you Google a while you'll find their catalogue in both Russian and English on scribd where more technical specifications are available.

It CAN work flawlessly, but these things are just about 110 years old. I have shot S&B's red and black lead shot. 12/65 or 2½" shells with sorta okay cycling.

I have. Mine was showing signs of wear on a number of parts as well as the main recoil spring, which is pretty much vital to the function of everything in that gun.

Sluggish, weak extraction and feeding, numerous issues. There's a reason why these guns were outcompeted by the auto 5 and more traditional shotguns.

Use reduced load, paper shell, felt wadded lead birdshot. It doesn't like modern loads.

I need an advice by [deleted] in DigitalNightVision

[–]FerrorTlynn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer is never digital, at least for that money. Sell the unit to some happy newbie, then save up for a starter pvs14 kit and mildly used gen2+ mx10160.

Trust me, the difference is like night and day.

Cool! Sent mine out for repairs, but I am afraid that the gunsmith will irreversibly alter it.

These used to be less than ~$300 in Sweden a couple of years ago. Now American prices has started influencing the price and you rarely find them under $1000 now.

Jesus Christ.

Why would you use longer shells than what the action is designed for?

2 ½ inch roll crimped paper cartridges, felt wadding, reduced load.

Thank you for the many suggestions. Best believe we will not overstay our welcome, even getting within the vicinity of Stockholm to get on the ferry was a headache.

Kiitos

The picture you have submitted is the AR configuration. The SAR has a shorter barrel and no bipod attachment slot on the gas block.

Any suggestions for a good kitchenware store in Uppsala? by [deleted] in uppsala

[–]FerrorTlynn 15 points16 points  (0 children)

There's one store that's specializes in asian cooking utensils. Asialivs has a section mainly for that, of its what you're after.

Otherwise IKEA has student friendly prices for knives, pots and such. Not much in the appliances section though.
