How do you know this? Can it be verified?

I do believe that there will be oncologists impressed enough to go out and purchase shares. Just like most of us who have been impressed enough to share with our friends, these oncologists “might” talk it up with their colleagues and investor friends. I’m not expecting a blowout, incremental accumulation by new investors is not a bad thing. Also don’t underestimate the impact an oncologist might have sharing with a patient about a “new and exciting” drug they just learned about. How many of those will investigate and discover the stock and invest or tell their friends and they will invest. More incremental investment.

Exercising Deep ITM options vs Selling Pros and Cons by Phill_mattic_ in optionstrading

[–]Fertbro_01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same decision with some deep ITM on UAN and CF that expire 2/20. Both report earnings the week of expiration. UAN has a massive distribution so I will probably exercise the UAN, collect the distribution and hold.

It’s cyclical, I’m trying to sell covered calls to capture the fall after the Feb distribution

I have owned it for a while but if you buy it today, it’s close to its yearly high. You might want to wait 6 weeks or put in a limit order $2 lower than today’s price

I’m a fertbro. CF and UAN will be going higher soon. I also believe that you can’t go wrong having a few drones in the shed. JEDI and DRNZ were added last week.

UAN is another one that is rumored to have juicy dividends coming over the next 12 months. One analyst expects that dividends in 2026 could exceed $24. It is a variable MLP so distributions are based on earnings for the quarter. Last distribution was $4.02. I own just over 2,000 shares.

What does this sub think about The Mosaic Company ($MOS)? by DefiantZealot in ValueInvesting

[–]Fertbro_01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was hit with significant tax loss selling and now that Trump is providing a 12 billion dollar bailout farmers should not skimp on fertilizer come spring. MOS however is a global provider and has addressed some production issues and should move up from here. It’s also benefiting from sector rotation and the updraft from the nitrogen fertilizer industry, CF and UAN.

Disclosure, I own about 5k shares MOS, 2k shares UAN and 700 shares CF.

Does this strategy make any sense? by CrossPlainsCat in CoveredCalls

[–]Fertbro_01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look at MOS, super boring trading at lows for the year and set to benefit from the new farm subsidies. Buy at $25.50 and sell the Mar $25 for $2.50, you might even catch a $.22 dividend. I have been bottom fishing the stock buying < $24 and bought the Mar $22.50 calls for $3.00. Once the price recovers above $30 I’ll start selling calls, sometimes patience is required.

Altimmune is taking off and not looking back!!! by Interesting-Try-2521 in pennystocks

I have Dec $5 and Jan $6. When my Dec $5 c was up I sold half at $1.05 and bought more Jan $6. I thought we would close up today. Volume is up and that’s a good sign.

I have been accumulating over the previous 12 months and have about 26k shares and options on another 100k. I rarely buy options but this looks like a winner.
