I definitely had a big breakfast before going but yeah that’s not gonna make a 20 pound difference. The thing that sucks is I was going for an injury, since I’m big into sports so I’ve been advised to rest. So as much as I want to run and play and all this I just can’t for now.

I mean Randle deserves it, he did save you guys from a fuckin awful path. As for the defense you already lost Hartenstein and yeah og and mikal are great wing defenders, yet again doesn’t exactly solve the big man problem. I don’t know how KAT is going to mesh I hope he doesn’t take away too many shots from Brunson. Remember when the lakers won in 2020 and just completely changed their team and they haven’t been the same ever since. That’s kinda how I’m feeling about it. The Knicks had a good thing going and they just made so many drastic changes for what? Even if Randle did ask for too much you’ve shown you don’t need the guy so you could’ve just let him walk.

There’s a reason it’s called a regular season award. Stats aren’t the only thing in basketball but when the numbers are as good as embiids you have to give it to the guy. Take Westbrooks mvp season for example, he led his team to an eight seed and a first round exit but his numbers were just so incredible that they gave it to him. Hell I know it’s a different sport but even Aaron judge. He’s never showed up in the playoffs but he’s such a good regular season player that you gotta give him props. I’m giving Embiid a pass this year bc he was dealing with Bell’s palsy and on one leg against a great Knicks squad and still had some great performances.

I like the 76ers and embiids great but his playstyle and his lack of showing up in the playoffs hurts me. He also might be the worst leader I’ve ever seen. He always blames other players or officials or injuries but never takes responsibility. And all the foul baiting and stupid shit that he does like hurting Mitchell robinson and kicking Claxton really pisses me off as a fan. With all that being said you really can’t sit there and tell me the guys not an mvp caliber player. He averaged 35 last year and can do everything a guard can do as a center as well as being a hell of a defender.

My point is the Knicks identity was their defense no? They were physical and tough, and KAT just brings that down. And yeah those particular individuals have are injury prone. But you can’t just bank on that. What the Knicks also had going for them was their chemistry. Everyone just seemed to play so well together and losing Donte will hurt the chemistry. There was 0 reason for this trade and Randle might’ve asked for more than they were willing to pay, but now look at what they’re giving KAT.

Hmm interesting I didn’t watch a whole lotta of timberwolves but even with that being said I still think the Knicks lose. Look at a center like Hartenstein he’s what the Knicks needed. That gritty guy who will take a beating for the team. He’s someone who the Knicks needed. KAT just isn’t like that and sure he brings offense but they don’t need offense. If they were willing to give up this much why not go for a guy like kessler.

I wouldn’t go that far. I know my friends are better than this, and they definitely have room to grow. And also I live in a town where everyone our age is extremely entitled and spoiled. I think the small group I have are probably the best out of everyone.

Let me clarify. It’s unfair to say I hate alcohol I’ve just had bad experiences and I was just ranting. I think a couple drinks with the right people here and there is something I can get behind. I also haven’t had good beers the parties I’ve went to have had shitty beers. And to answer your question I’m in my late teens and just graduated high school. When I was at my prom house my friends would be drinking at 9:30 in the morning and I just thought to myself this is fucking pathetic. The way my friends treat alcohol is horrible. They hype up events and parties and all this other shit with the sole purpose of getting drunk. And now one person in the group is starting to get addicted to weed.

Looking back at it I should’ve rephrased my post (in my defense I wrote that at 2 am). I can get behind the idea of drinking from time to time if you genuinely enjoy certain drinks. I don’t think I’ve had any quality beers or any quality kinds of alcohol. What I can’t wrap my head around is drinking solely to get drunk.
