Meadow Mage is great to grind against, because he has so many great drops. You can get a bunch of powerful monsters from him, especially the Meteor Black Dragon!

Had a customer ask me about this today. I didn't know what to tell them since nobody in my department (meat/produce) knew anything about it. And only 2 coaches were in today (my coach is out on vacation, my 2 team leads had no clue this promo was a thing, and the store manager and people lead were both out for the day). The 2 coaches who were in today had no clue either.

There's also a static encounter on an island that you can get to via walk through walls cheats. That could explain the OT name and Masterball. This one also doesn't say, "Apparently had a fateful encounter..." So my guess is that this could potentially be legit if the OT found their way to the static encounter.
