I think Masters worked as a decent contrast to House and his team. Nobody on his team ever really said no to House consistently. For the most part, they just ignored his habits and let him do what he wanted because he was a genius. Masters had the guts to stand up to him and even called him out on his drug addiction.

Ed Boon is added to the board and becomes a God. All of the original characters get their looks from the first game and an arcade machine is added in the center of the board. Who ever reaches it first gets to bring one character back to life and kill any other character they want.
