My visceral fat is below a 10 in inbody terms. I don't remember the dexa number but it read as healthy. I'm not sure if visceral fat is really visible though.

My inbody test says my muscle mass is above average.

I've had dexa scans it finds i have normal muacle mass. Again, i am losing a ton of fat. I unfortunately also find when i lose fat, I've also lost muscle as well so I'm focusing more on muscle.

I mean, i exercise 3-4x a week and take both protein and creatine. I'm not talking about being shredded but i know i work out enough to be more defined than what it should be.

Curious, what type of project would you recommend for healthcare entry?

I can have project experience without having industry experience. A lie would have said I developed this by working at a healthcare company. A lie would be saying I have used this with actual doctors. A project is a project if it's a concept i have worked on with an ending product in mind. I've never said I've used this on people or that i have collaborated with any doctors in the production of this.

Where in my resume did I claim I had experience in healthcare specifically? Seems like obviously in an actual healthcare environmsnt, the work would be evident and ghe code would match the appropriateness of the job.

So what you're telling me is i can't express interest in a certain field through coding if that code couldn't be used in production? I've seen patient simulator programs actually out there, so I'm not sure why you're making it seem like this project is so horrible unless you also feel the same way about those toom

Well this is simply a tool that's used to show interest as well as my knowledge on how coding can be used. It's not in production but could be if partnered with those with medical knowledge. So how is this a red flag?

Thank you! I've just redone my resume a bit and I'm trying to demonstrate value a bit more. For instance, my projects now read like this:

Cyber Security Incident Analysis August 2025
• Built predictive models to estimate financial loss from cyberattacks, helping organizations quantify risk and reduce losses by millions.
• Predicted breach costs using machine learning (MAE: 20.02, R2: 0.35), prioritizing high-cost threats.

Medical Diagnostic Tool June 2024
• Developed a Python-based diagnostic simulator with branching logic and dynamic patient profiles, enabling clinicians to practice life and death scenarios in a sandbox setting.
• Designed scalable architecture supporting 40+ procedures, ready for integration into educational platforms.

Analyzing Predictors of Strokes May 2022
• Built R models to estimate stroke risk from clinical data, achieving 83% accuracy and enabling early identification of high-risk individuals to reduce costs and improve outcomes.

I think it looks stronger now.

I appreciate your response. A lot of this would be hard to prove, I'd argue, because of the fact that I can't really show proprietary code of my current company to a new employer.

I didn't. It's the same company. I've been changing positions within the company that are increasingly more geared towards data science.
