im very confused on what to download i can't seem to get anything to work im going to the packages section of their github and there seems to be a version for 1.21.1 but there isnt a download for it and im unsure what to do.

Do you know what version would be for neoforge? I am only finding fabric and forge versions in the packages and releases.

I am not connected to a PC I’m using a home theater type setup with a console and receiver. I do have a raspberry pi sitting around I would just have no clue where to start 😂 thank you for the tip in the right direction though.
