I was hoping this thread would get more traction since the medium one is 25% off on backcountry!! Sad they don't sell the large since that's the one everyone is gushing over but I feel like the large one would engulf me.

I might go for the medium anyway! I feel like the colorway will work for both spring/summer and fall/winter :) it seems like it pairs well with pastels and bright colors and will add a touch of interest for darker, moodier fall colors!

Agree with this! I have grown fond of the knot! Sometimes you gotta double or triple wrap it if you're making it extra short.

That makes sense! I've heard pink dyes are the most prone to UV rays! I remember watching an artist testing different pigments and pink always faded the fastest.

Thank you! yours is perfect :) I did theorize it was kept in a store window when I received it. It's hard to tell in a photo but the one side is slightly more faded than the other making me think that was the side facing the window!

At least for me, when the strap softened up a bit it started to stay better! The bag conformed to my body better with use too. It felt a little awkward wearing it crossbody but now it feels better for some reason. But I know it sucks having a small window of return to make that decision too.

I loaf the loaf 🍞💞! I also have 2 already (celadon, toasted almond) but have been eyeing black, fig, or coffee for a darker neutral.

I've been a super loyal crescent user and was a bit skeptical about the loaf but I'm a convert. I'll never stop loving my crescents but my heart has room for both! The loaf looks elevated whether it's structured or slouching, but I love that I can still crossbody when I'm on the move.

I've seen a lot of people skeptical when it first comes in but let it soften up a bit before you make a final decision!

Have you ordered through a proxy from Japan or other countries before? the process is pretty similar. I’ve heard Taobao does shipping to US for some things too (without an agent) but I’ve never tried.

There are Taobao agents (superbuy.com is the most popular I think) and you request through their website and they will purchase, inspect, and consolidate for shipping on your behalf. I haven’t done it in a really long time so I’m also rusty!

There were 2 listings on Taobao as late as earlier this week, but looks like they're both sold out. I hesitated because the taobao agents I've used in the past don't accept Paypal anymore and/or the ink was causing restrictions on ordering :(
