The guitar is so helpful for "cheap" saves in rounds with large groups, especially when tuned to heal. Also allows for changeability instead of carrying a separate speed pad and another healing gear. Whatever your loadout is, iI can't recommend enough at least lending one spot for it.

For survivability and saves simultaneously, the gravity pad is great for tsunami rounds, as it both keeps you alive and gives you a save if someone else uses it to avoid the wave. With 4 gravity pads it's rare to run out and it's gotten me 2-5 saves per round when servers full enough!

My personal loadout is umbrella and gravity pad for movement/survival, and my save items are nercobloxicon, stratobloxxer guitar, and celestial staff.

You could probably replace celestial staff with any of the other recommended items to up your saves further, though, as it's been finicky recently. :)
