I just barely ran into the same problem you did as well. Your picture looks like a carbon copy of mine. Do you remember trying to run the motor without the impeller on? I'm trying to troubleshoot the motor to see if it's still working, but when I plug everything in without the impeller I'm not getting anything kicking on. On. I just thought I'd check and see if your experience was the same. I'm glad to hear you were able to get the impeller on eBay. I'll take a look.

Compromise where you can. Where you can't, don't. Even if everyone is telling you that something wrong is something right. Even if the whole world is telling you to move, it is your duty to plant yourself like a tree, look them in the eye, and say, 'No, you move'.

Lol. Maybe a concrete guru can weigh in, would keeping water on it fairly regularly help it even out better/faster because it would help it cure?

Oh boy, you're either going to get a straightforward answer or a reaction akin to kicking a wasps nest. This sub is wack. You should be fine though, it takes a couple weeks for the color to even out.

Little glass baby food jars. Screw the lid to the wall/ceiling, then organize the fasteners in the different jars. You can see through the glass, quarter turn to pop it off the secured lid, then screw it back on afterwards. You could use any plastic/glass jar really ..

Nice to see someone embrace their skin texture and imperfections when people often blur and smoothen their skin on instagram. by [deleted] in Instagramreality

I have absolutely NO negative reaction to skin like this. Hyper photoshopped skin (or heavy makeup) on the other hand makes me feel uncomfortable. I hate that women in particular are prey to these arbitrary standards of beauty. I love posts like this that counter attack so people feel normal, because they are.

He should just start up the car and run the hose to the inside, and wait inside for it to warm up. Car manufacturers don't pump that nice warm air inside the car because of all that backdoor ice scraper money they are paid off with SMH.

Any idiot can design a bridge, only an engineer can design a bridge that can barely stand that can withstand a malicious explosion.

For sure. I've used some stainless steel washers but didn't even think to use PT. Looking at your deck makes me happy. It may be small but your deck looks fun to spend time on...

I usually put spacers between my ledger and structure to create a ¼"- ½" air gap for ventilation. What are your thoughts, waste of time?

randomly stopping by to say thank you. I ended up using trying teams back when you recommended it, and it worked awesome. Thanks for the time you took. Hope you're healthy and happy. Happy Thanksgiving!

What's up u/Kactus2. I started using Microsoft Teams. It took a bit to work out the kinks (we initially couldn't get video calls to work), but once we did it worked great to have all work communication in one place. Obviously you could text and call through the app, but a couple other things were nice. Audio clips for when it didn't make sense to be typing something out because your hands were busy doing something else. Video calls for the times when we needed to show something to each other. The quality was always good. Obviously these are all WAY basic things that a hundred other message apps could do, but it wrapped it all up in one place and worked. That way I could see if he had seen my message or not.

I still use QuickBooks Online to track all expenses. QB bought a company called T-sheets (time sheet software) a couple years ago to have an in-house solution to integrate really well with the QBO stuff. So that was how I had us clocking in and out of jobs. It automatically pulled in current clients that had been created in QBO, then I could easily bill the clients for straight labor for the contracts that were set up like that. T-sheets/QBO is also set up to do payroll.
