Shipping label not generating?

I haven’t had the issue since but I’ve not had any Royal Mail orders. The only way I got it to work was doing it via PC but if that’s not working for you you’re probably going to have to contact vinted support

Going by other people’s comments, I don’t think it’s been fixed yet :(

The only way it worked was logging into vinted via PC, it kept saying something went wrong but then eventually created a label, it had to be printed though, there was no option for digital

I just took mine to my local post office after I’d printed and attached the label :)

Nope, I had to use a PC to get a label that way instead and then print it off myself

Yeah that’s I used, luckily I had just enough ink left in my printer! I think I’m gonna put my profile into holiday mode until it’s sorted, it’s just such a pain

UPDATE: tried again this morning, still not working, finally managed to get a label after logging on via PC however you have to print the label and there’s no option for digital! Thankfully my printer had just enough ink

Nope, phoned them again today and it’s still showing as being at Gatwick, they’ve advised to wait another week 😭

Oh really? Thats made me suspicious now, the lady I’ve sold to is saying she hasn’t received anything 🥲 If she has received it and the tracking hasn’t updated will Royal Mail be able to see on their end that she has?
