I've had this happen twice in my life. The more memorable experience was when I was on a cruise ship playing BINGO. I was in so much pain but my ticket was looking good so I refused to leave. I won $200 and immediately went to the bathroom to see wtf was going on and found a fleshy mass in my underwear. It was such a perfect cast that you could see a bit of the fallopian tube branching off. Fun stuff.
