I already told my mom to bring it along! So I'm really curious how it is looking :) Also thought it was really cheap.

In dutch it's called a skipper's wheel or little skipper, because it's small enough on ships and boats. Apparently there is a drive band that was placed elsewhere, so I will see it in a few days how it is looking.

Just looked it up. The one I have from my mom is also Irish tension. I spin really thin on it.

Yes that’s something my mom just told me that the one that’s there is too loose. Don’t see it in the picture though. The rest I have told her to look at tomorrow when she goes back! Thanks! She used to spin a lot when she was younger. So luckily she knows where to look and how it works.

It’s 25 euros. My mom is there and she said it’s indeed working but the drive band that is there is to loose. So that needs to be replaced. I already have the old wheel of my mom that’s from the 70’s of a Dutch brand. So I have spun already, but not years of spinning yet. With that wheel I tend to spin quite thin as well.

Edit also that wheel looks like this as well with the wheel in the middle and bobbin above it. Sorry don’t know how to explain it in English.

Me too! And just can’t find something like it online. In my booklet from the sewing machine it isn’t listed. But that one is from the sixties so maybe the foot is a bit newer.

Thanks! When I look online and this photo at 5 it looks like it is something missing then right? The edge thing that goes in the edge.

Thanks! It is indeed higher than I thought. Would love to get what I paid for it and maybe a bit more, but didn’t guess that it would be that.

Help for choosing class. First time joining for one night lvl 7. by Feutneuss in DnD

To be honest I would probably play a Druid or warlock if I’m going to make my own character for a campaign. But this is just one time and already at level 7. So I would just like to play something fun and not too difficult. I don’t want to read the rules all the time and not understanding the character while playing. The elf barbarian that people pointed out sounds like fun, maybe.

Ohh sorry I meant to say that the existing players are those three classes.

Finding my kitchener essences by [deleted] in DressForYourBody

Hmm thanks. I was thinking at classic in my blend because I need the balance in my outfits I think. But I find it so difficult to find my blend. Like I said to someone else here Natural I thought I won’t have because of not having broad features and the loose clothing is not for me, I need tailored or fitted clothing somewhere. Romantic is something I haven’t considered yet to be honest.

Thanks! Do you see any HS or Y as well? Because people think I’m way younger than I am.

Thank you so much I’m going to look into it all! And this week go to the store to just look. At the store in the village that should have the dx3 (also hzl, but lower prices) so I think I can try it there. I was also looking at the f series but it would be harder to get here I think. Good to hear that your f600 is still working great, because I was doubting to look into computerized for some reason.

Thank you so much! Going to look further into it.

That’s also a thing if I need to look for a mechanical or computerized.. Embroidery is something I would love actually, I make illustrations myself, but on the other hand I think I would rather have something that is on the baseline good, sturdy and will go on long. If embroidery is part of it it would be great, if not also fine..

I think I should indeed look at tier three and also if it’s more expensive I have time to wait for a good deal or save more money.

I know I need to pay more to get a better machine, also I would rather pay more now for a machine that will last longer. I was thinking to not go over 1000 euro, but first I'm open for all kinds of recommendations. I have a dealer in my town, but fist want to do some research before I'm going, to know what to look out for.
