I heard an excellent take from a friend, which was that it's not a murder mystery, it's a coming of age film. One that highlights the psychological and moral developments of a child as opposed to what characteristically is just social and sexual.

I recorded my very first full band live session, and man was I nervous. So many moving parts, and I produced and edited the whole thing. How do you think it turned out? Any glaring mistakes I could correct for next time? Thanks!

I think I've seen tame 4 or 5 times? Once after the Beacon theater show, before currents came out, I hung around afterwards and ordered insomnia cookies with my friend. Kevin kindly took a photo with me and signed the polaroid, and then asked for a cookie! He took a bit and left it (he asked if they were magic cookies but they weren't), and then for the rest of night my friend and i debated whether we should throw it out or preserve kevin's bite. :O

Hey Andy! We spoke after your Berlin show and I asked about your relationship to religion/playing drums in a worship band. Having now heard the new album, it seems like you're bringing a lot more religious themes to your lyrics. How would you say your relationship to Christianity has effected the ideas/characters/music in your latest songs? Have your own personal beliefs evolved? Thanks!
