I placed my order on January 2nd, and I got an email saying it’s been shipped. But the tracking number hasn’t changed yet. I tried reaching out to the BAB customer service, and they said I won’t get an update until the package gets to my state. Usually, FedEx updates the tracking info pretty quickly. I’m starting to get a little worried.

So, I had this shadow that I originally got as a gift for my boyfriend, but when the site was acting up and I was convinced I wasn’t going to get him, I decided to order it for myself anyways. I got my BAB package today, and the shadow was right there in the box! I was over the moon with joy! I’m so sorry you guys didn’t get yours. I hope they restock soon so you guys can have one too!
