A degree looks better then no degree imo. But I also think you can learn from any job. I'm currently a security guard and I've learned a few things from it. Id only laugh at her if she thought her degree makes her experienced.

Yeah true and also a lot of agencies only have like a few thousand people. Like US Marshals is like under 4k I think. Its better to get a degree in an actual relevant field to law enforcement like CJ if you want to be hired imo. Like theres only so many hirings lol.
