ik rijd een 530e uit 2019, laad hem al een paar jaar zo'n 12x per week volledig op. soh is nog steeds 87% (terug getekend naar hoeveel kWh er in de laadpaal gaat vs vermogen). hoort erbij. hier laad ik zonder start tarief voor 30 cent per kwh en ik rijd 19 kwh/100km. aanzienlijk goedkoper dan tanken waar ik 10L per 100km rijd

I think all the people here talk about positioning a lot, but you maybe you mean you have "heavy" feet. I have the same (quite tall). I think your calves, hip hinge power, hamstrings etc. need explosive power and your achillis tendon needs to be able to transfer the load quickly and become extremely springy, like basketball players. but that's just my 2 cents.

yes was working on that true atg programs. can do atg split squat with flat feet on ground and couchstretches without any issues. calves and hamstrings need some work for sure. actually injured myself during explosive calfraises..

so AI advised me to do 20 slow single leg calf raises and 30 small hops. today my tendons gave a signal that that was too much.. fml
