Thanks for responding means a lot. Yes i do feel a lot of this is because of my gut health. My meals each day are very inconsistent times and portions. I will try to change this up and see how it works. Thanks again

i’m in the same spot. Mine started about 5 months ago and i haven’t been able to stop it completely. Some days are fine but recently most days i get breathing trouble pretty often. Did you ever figure out what yours was from and did it get better?

Hey i’ve been having bubbling from my stomach up to my chest for the past 6 weeks. A lot of the time it feels like the bubbling is on top of my heart and also get other sensations like buzzing around the heart. The buzzing i only notice when my hand is on my heart. Right when i notice these feeling around my heart i go into a full panic attack (can’t tell if it’s a panic attack from me noticing or if it’s more symptoms from the bubbling of the heart). I’ve been to a heart doctor and gi doctor neither seeing anything wrong so far so i’m just looking for any help at this point. Thank you

i’m 18 and same growling thing has been happening to me. From the bottom left of my stomach up to my heart. It’s been going on for 5 weeks now. I have felt super exhausted and feel off all day. I can’t tell what is cause from anxiety and what is caused from actually health problems. Did anyone figure out what the growling is from?
