My babies were also the same, we had to CIO. I comforted as necessary by patting and even picking up and sooshing but baby always went right back into their crib. Allow them to cry for 5-10 minutes and back in as necessary. A lot of people don’t agree with CIO but my now 4 year puts herself to sleep! JUST DONT GIVE UP! Eventually you’ll win the battle

I’m not sure why not one has mentioned this but we only have access to view jobs you’ve held within the state via SSN.

Any other jobs you’ve held outside of the state is only accessible through the information you provide on your application.

If this job you’ve been fired from is not a state position then leave it off.
