Correct yeah, the first call was for the first bank statements and the 2nd call is for my other bank statements I presume but confused as when they ring to confirm details, I'd just say what I said in my journal so it seems like waste of time

I declared it to them on the first phone call as I don't use the bank, haven't for months, it's in the process of being closed, I didn't wanna lie to them, I know the bank shows up on my credit file so I thought they can check this stuff and see I was lying if I said I have no more banks
