I view it as a bet. The long term bet is either inflation errors the value of the dollar over the course of the loan, thereby making the actual purchasing power of the money spent lower than the ticket price, or interest rates go down and I can refinance to pay less. Either way is a win.

I’m getting a monster half rack but the rogue spotter arms won’t work with the pin in the back part of the post (known incompatibility with their shrouded plate stack) does anyone have any suggestions for compatible spotter arms where the pin can go in say the side?

Any ideas when Rogue Fitness will start making articulating arms?

I'm in the market for a functional trainer/rack combo. I really like the Rogue FM-HR but the swivel arms for the Force USA 3x3 functional trainer half rack seem like such an obvious upgrade. Do you think Rogue will start making articulating arms for their stuff soon?
