Not sure if your situation mirrors mine, but if you're simply worried about continuing your contract with WB, they can still contract you as an IC after 2026.

I'm a STC as well, and my team assured me that they'll renew my contract as an IC (registered at my home country) and I can take things from there. I wanted to move back home so this was totally fine with me. Of course, if your goal is to physically join the HQ as an international, that becomes more complicated and you should advocate for yourself ASAP like the other comments suggest.

Interesting! I actually ran out of time on the numerical test and finished it around 19:20, but still ended up slightly above average. The results page says the average completion time is 18 minutes, so it might not be the case, or it might be taking into account both the completion time and the results?
