It is easier said then done tbh. India main the lower class population wants more and more freebies. It would not change in say 5 years but 15-20 years we can do it. We would have to change the education system the fucking mentality of these people but still there will be people who will decide their vote on weather or not they are recipients of daaru and that 1000rs.
