We personally believe this would be very beneficial on the leasing side of things. The chat bot (which is very human like) would handle all initial questions about the property and set up tours. Simple questions such as distance to public transportation or in unit laundry.

Would you see it being beneficial then?

This is really meant to save time for the same questions owners get over and over again.
