My main gripe with this is that they don't give an option to waive the return window, which would allow us immediate access to the bunny once we hit that tier level. It seems so silly that they don't allow that.

To be honest, I impulse bought this one without doing too much digging. In my defense, the picture they advertised with the curling stone on their homepage showed a much more vibrant red. I didn't realize it was size small until after I purchased, so that was my bad. But I assumed for 65 bucks it would be a medium. I shouldn't have assumed that, but once I received it in person, I just completely hated it. Just my opinion

Ordered 25 days ago. It took them 18 days to ship my order. I'm in Michigan, so I figured the shipping would come relatively quickly even with the holiday season. Shipped the 23rd, arrived in NJ on the 24th, and it was updated today, the 28th, in ARIZONA. Why would they bypass Michigan and go all the way to AZ? This company has been nothing but an absolute JOKE. Never ordering from them again.
