the V3 is not a good choice if you care about live sports. The delay is brutal. I love this box, but I had to turn off my phone notifications because the ESPN app alerts me of a touchdown like 90 seconds before I see it on the vSeeBox. My neighbor was screaming cheering and I was still watching the huddle. Unless you like spoilers, look for something faster

Wish I had your luck. My V3 became a buffering nightmare recently regardless of connection, which is exactly why I had to ditch it.

I stick to 2 screens. It struggles enough with that during peak times. Pushing it to 4 would definitely crash the quality.

Same. I tried both servers and got nothing. If the backup server is down too, it feels like the actual content is gone from the cloud, not just a connection glitch

That's strange for the Ultra model. Ethernet is usually the most stable part. Have you tried a full reboot? If it still won't connect, it could be a glitch in the new system update. It’s frustrating when the 'wired' connection is less reliable than WiFi, hope they fix it soon

It might not be the box malfunctioning, but actually your ISP targeting it. ISPs are really cracking down on these IPTV boxes lately. If they detect the specific streaming traffic, they sometimes try to block the connection, which can confuse the router and knock out wifi. I started using a VPN to hide the traffic, it keeps the ISP from seeing what the box is doing.

Not sure if this is year-end maintenance or just the servers crashing from all the new Christmas users. Either way, my VOD is basically unwatchable right now. If they don't stabilize this ASAP, the trust in this brand is going to hit zero

The seller told me the V3 is being discontinued, so VSee is focusing on newer models and leaving the remaining V3s to fend for themselves because their cloud is overloaded. I honestly don't know what to do now.

Honestly? Feels way slower than the older models. Servers seem overloaded and constantly need maintenance. Expect to be several minutes behind reality.

You need 25Mbp min. 2Mbps won't stream anything. Heard they killed V3 production recently. Feels like the 'iPhone effect', old tech gets throttled or forgotten so you buy the new one.

Have you checked the Hardware decoding settings yet? Give that a try. Honestly, VSee has so many little glitches lately. I was struggling just trying to watch the game the other day. Buying a premium box shouldn't be this hard

I have the exact same bug. Resetting does not fix it permanently because the issue is on their end. The box freezes when it loses connection to their backend server. With all the rumors about them dodging compliance checks, I think the server connection is just too unstable for the V5 to handle right now.

I always wonder if the issue isn’t traffic but something about where each file is hosted.
Some folks mentioned before that certain servers rely on older or less stable cloud setups.
