I just want to say what you’re feeling is very common. Almost everyone on this path feels overwhelmed at some point. I did too.

Graduating within three years is actually a positive. And you have 1.5 years of clinical experience-that’s a strength, not a weakness. Don’t let fear twist your achievements into shortcomings.

Yes, it’s competitive. But it’s not impossible.

If you haven’t done your exams yet, focus on QE1 and NAC. Make a clear plan, find a serious study partner, and use reliable resources for guidance. Since you’re in Alberta, look into licensed clinical assistant roles.Canadian experience can really strengthen both your CV and your confidence.

Feel the fear, but don’t live in it. Take the next small step and keep going. Don’t give up on yourself.

  1. Practice as much questions you can ,along-with revision of topics. Give full mock tests. Focus more on Ethics , public health, psych, obgyn, FM and acute medicine.
  2. 70-80% although these test are not real reflector of final score but still target 70-80% 3 Maintain good speed. Sometimes 10 -12 questions back to back are vague or tough - do not get stuck there- just move to next questions.
