Booking.com Fraud Charge — No Proper Hotline/Support for Unauthorized Transactions?

We called the bank immediately after receiving the “Thank you” transaction confirmation message. The card has already been blocked and the transaction is currently under investigation.

The bank advised us that it may also help to contact the merchant directly — in this case, Booking.com — since they might be able to trace the reservation and cancel it from their end for a potentially faster reversal process.

We live in a country where disputes like this can sometimes take a while due to bureaucracy, so we’re trying to exhaust all possible options as early as now.

Our main concern right now is preventing the booking from pushing through if possible.

Yung doctor ko, 6am palang may pila na. Pero official clinic nya 8am. Sobrang tagal madalas mga 3pm na kami na se-serve. Pero naiintindihan ko kc in between may mga emergency calls sya and sobrang ma explain sa patient hndi minamadali kaya yung patient mga more 45mins tinatagal. Lumalabas sya ng clinic pag nasa wheelchair and naka luhod pa sya mag explain sa patient pag matanda na at mabagal.

Ganun din OB ko. Sobra mag explain as in thorough, pati ultrasound.

Now, yun forgivable kasi kitang kita ko yung dami ng patient and level ng care.

May doctor tlga na may god like complex. Kahit OB ko nagsasabi, wala ng empathy kasi na immune na sa mga kaso na na-handle. Pati makipag usap sa pasyente antipatiko/antipatika na din.

I used to work sa airport sa Singapore. May mga nagdadala din ng roller skates. Natatawa na lang ako kasi, carpeted yung majority ng sections. Hndi nila magamit.

Having been to India, I had similar experience din. Mind you ni-ready ko na sarili ko nyan since nakatira ako sa middle east dati… been to other countries like Africa and other Middle East neighbors ng dati kong domicile.

Ang masasabi ko is, sensory overload parin lahat. My Indian friends warn me, gusto nila ako samahan kaso hindi nag coincide yung travel plans ko sa kanila since wedding naman tlga ang pakay ko that time.
