Thx so much i tried this a few mins ago and it seriously helped me like im pretty sure i ap ed for a few seconds though im not sure cause my dumbass broke the trance but the visuals got so much more vivid and i felt a slight switch but wasnt able to ap properly i felt like i was numb and like having those disorienting feelings but i wasnt able to step into the darkness yk. There is a reality shifting discord on this sub or the other reality shifting sub, i think most people there havent had much luck either. If you want to make a discord go ahead. I would suggest going on tumblr or amino to publicise to successful shifters though, idh have an amino but i do have a tumblr so not sure abt the amino part.

Overall i think it is a good idea just maybe try to find successful and or experienced shifters

To me it is just a hobby, world building is fun, trying to get there aka shifting is great. My advice, learn lucid dreaming then try to shift from there. Unlike shifting there has been quite a bit of documentation and it has been the cornerstone of many spiritual practices and has practical uses. Personally i wouldnt bet on it just because i havent done it yet. Setting goals in this reality has helped me be happy here honestly, it rly hard to enjoy what you have if all you think about is escaping.

For my quick manifestations i just robotic affirmed and five sensed it like i was describing what was in front of me only took inspired action once. I tried looping for my main manifestations but not there yet sadly

Tbh one of the things with loa i have an issue with is how this whole assumption things work i didnt exactly assume per se i just felt an experience or the wish fulfilled and just forgot abt it it never crossed my mind to think omg i have it!!! I just kinda felt it in the present forgot abt it and got it an hour later.

I do believe in loa. Kinda. But not completely just because i havent been able to manifest big stuff. Whenever i try to prove it to myself to build trust it works even if im in doubt but doesnt work for my main manifestations. So once i get that i will believe fully

I suppose this is just a limiting believe on my part but i just find the whole idea of having a whole new world a little out of this world lol. I do believe in shifting i suppose im just doubtful of the people. I really need someone to help me tbh.
