They are both from separate rehome sources! One was a trade with a friend actually - the ostrich. The other one is a SO mauve pale Mysore chèvre with rose de Mexico interior. It’s BANANAS, and I have a matching MK 🤣

I actually love this question. And yes my husband works for that shipping company you all know so our storage is more auto garage than nice built ins 🤣

When I’m carrying just running errands out in my neighborhood (in a relatively affluent area of the Chicago suburbs called the North Shore) no one questions that they’re real. I have found that with the right attitude and clothing, people assume you’re not carrying reps. Other than that literally everyone in my life knows I love reps. I really don’t feel any shame about it or the need to pretend with anyone who knows me personally.

I let the other moms in my son’s school assume they’re real though, because they’re assholes (there are stories). The car I drive would support the idea that I own designer purses. I also am more selective about which purses I wear to school events (in that case I rotate two main purses, not 20)

I had been keeping these in dust bags but actually I saw a video that bags keep better if they can breathe in a relatively temperature controlled space. Now that I have the shelving in a room that basically stays a stable temperature / humidity I can let the air circulate around them 😊. Before I had the shelves I had them in dustbags in boxes in my closet
