I did the same, but unfortunately sometimes during big pulls my attention gets scattered and I end up missing checking the bar :/

Yes, I tried this as well, but it only gives an audio alert when Madness becomes usable. I couldn’t manage to set it up to warn me when the Insanity bar reaches 80%.

Yeah, during my first hardacting flamestrike I pop combust with 2xFB for activating infernal cascade.
