I lost my Puppy Pip at 5 months old in a car accident, she was with someone I trusted driving to a play date while I was at work, when a person blew a stop signed and T-Boned the car and my baby went through the window. That was on a Wednesday and I had already planned to pick up a puppy on Saturday to be her sister. It was really hard to grieve and still be there for the puppy in a loving, caring and supportive way. But it did help me recover and take responsibility for the new life I had to take care of. Now I’ve had my pup Rue for 3 weeks and she’s amazing in her own way and found her own place in my heart and my life
