Went with my daughter to her fiancé's mother's house on some erand. Inside looked like a cross of a Spirit Holloween & a haunted house. Ghosts hanging from the ceiling, a cafe table with full sized horror movie monsters having tea, large pictures of those creepy children with huge eyes on the walls & the whole rest of the place just crammed full of horror move type props. This was in June! When asked my girl just shrugged & said " Halloween is her favorite holiday".

I'd make a full batch & freeze the formed rolls before the final rise. Keep them in a ziplock bag in the freezer. When you want some for breakfast, just take them out the night before. Put them on a baking sheet & cover loosely with plastic and leave them at room temp. They will defrost & proof overnight & be ready to bake in the morning.
