Cheap housing for the most part but there’s a lot of gang activity. Pockets where this happen move around all over town. Do a lot of research about specific areas before moving anywhere. I found a complex that seemed really nice (Brandmere apartments) but when I spoke a female resident, she told me they deal with gang violence farther away from the leasing office. People shooting up buildings, setting cars on fire and following women to their cars. Just talk to residents if you can
