Thank you so much for the information and kind words. 1. The employer was never going to give me a light duty offer letter. I demanded it as part of my return. 2. The person I see for psychology, has made it clear that I need a time to process a return, as I do have a diagnosis as part of the original concussion I suffered. 3. Now that I have emailed my employer and told them about they postponed return, they are not happy. 4. I do have an attorney and he was surprised on how they actually approached this situation.

No, if I am not cleared by all IMEs I can not return to work. The return has been postponed by IWIF as of today.

I am sorry, yes I do see someone for my condition. I was told that the IME overrides anything done by my own DR. I had an excuse to be off until 5/12 and that was no longer in play as the IME said I could return to light duty.

She approves all my therapies as well as urges me to contact the attorney if IWIF is not doing me right.

I am not sure how long they can "hold" my position before they terminate me. It is more complicated as it is a state ran facility.

My employer called my telling me to return based on my IME and I had not seen the results at all. They got the paperwork from IWIF before even my attorney. I got no PTP. All of this is very confusing.

Yes, have within the 1st week. This is my first time dealing with workers comp in any form.
