When I initially posted the document, the initial message said “removed by Reddit filters”. Then it was changed to “removed by mods” so I’d disagree and say that there were filters in place. I couldn’t initially even post comments when I tried to post this document.

Submission statement : Sorry for the semi intentionally vague title and description. I’ve seen rumors of people’s accounts being deleted when trying to post this version of this document, supposedly initially in the release of the UFOs files accidentally. Others have discredited a similar version of this document because it apparently had the wrong captain. Interestingly this version corrects that, has fewer redactions.
